Coping with stress: Stress is not a mental disorder

Ask ten people at random when the stress is a mental disorder, and you’ll probably ten positive responses.

Perform the same experiment with a dozen psychiatrists, psychologists and ten ten experts stress management, and you’ll probably have more than 30 “yes”. But what if all 40 of these responses were actually wrong? Would you like the surprise? Would it shock you? Stress is a mental disorder

Stress is also a philosophical disease. And while the philosophical problems are often similar to mental illness, they are actually from another source. They result from a lot of very poor philosophy.

How good are your personal philosophies

The above examples are all very philosophy the poor. They are flawed because they do not connect with reality. If you live these philosophies, thinking they will help you try to be happy and successful you will be disappointed.

It is not a psychological disorder, such as severe depression, severe anxiety, psychosis, or multiple personality syndrome. Instead, it is needlessly suffer from poor personal philosophy Think But this …. beware!

Take a few minutes to depend on the good or bad, could reflect on your personal philosophy. But be very careful when implementing this type of request.
